LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF...

My name is Rebecca and I’ve been a personal trainer and holistic health coach for nine years and I understand the rollercoaster of trying to be healthy, be in good shape and actually feel good along the way. 

During these years I lost sight of who I am due to ignoring myself and following guidance from other coaches on food, exercise and lifestyle. I felt confused, overwhelmed, tired, miserable and the complete opposite of good health (not ideal as a personal trainer).  

On top of this I lost my dad and grandma, and became a mum for the first time. 

I was a mixed bag of emotions, from excitement to happy to pure joy to deep sadness to overwhelm to frustration. I began to wonder where I had gone…  

Throughout the last couple of years I have been digging deep. I have got to the root of my issues and turned life around. As someone who has experienced a lot of emotional turmoil and lost sight of what makes me healthy and feel good, let me tell you, it can change and you can turn your life around.

Q - Do I have to be a mum to do this programme?  

This programme is intended for mums. However, it will help you as a woman without having children. 

Q - Do I get 1:1 coaching with you?  

Yes. The coaching calls are done in a group format. Prior to the call I will ask if you have any questions which I will answer in the call, during the call I will talk directly to you to answer the question. The calls will include all members who have joined the programme. You can ask further questions in the private Facebook group which I will answer directly to you.
